I’m thankful for you everyday but in the past year, we’ve gotten so close and I thank God for that. Thanks for your endless talks, random lunches, Uganda fundraising, sitting through hours of doctors appointments and 3 am ER visits, laughing with me till you pee and holding my hand through some scary moments in life. For believing in my dreams of changing the world, I mean really believing in me, no matter how crazy they are. For being apart of making my Uganda trips possible. Thank you for teaching me family doesn’t have to be blood, they just have to be family. Also, you love your children so well and I hope one day, I can be a momma just like you. I’m sorry it took me so long to realize, you are my very best friend. I love you. Happy Mother’s Day Ma.
